The Automation Alliance Group organized a  meeting in Calgary to perform the peer review of Autopro, one of our biggest members.

Two days of full immersion with the colleagues of the Alliance coming from all around the world to collect information, analyze them and elaborate suggestions on how to improve the business to our colleagues.

It’s not the first time I do it, but it’s like it is the first time any time. What a sense of surprise discovering, interview by interview, how the critical aspects of our business are similar, company by company; finding out that it’s almost only a matter of managing people 360°. Finding the right people, giving them the right roles, empowering them with proper delegation, compensate them honestly basing on the real performance. It seems that most of the secrets of a well running business are just there.
