Heading US it happens sometimes to fly over the arctic. When you fly to the southern states the route typically goes north over Iceland and Arctic to proceed down over the Canadian big lakes and forward. It happened this time flying to Houston.
The scenery you can see is really gorgeous. It’s something so different from what you are used to that really takes the breath. No clouds, no smog, the sun projecting deep shadows, a white land broken by deep blu veins and spotted by ice peeks.
I believe it’s one of the most astonishing views I ever seen.
